These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the mmk345 platform ("Platform", "Website") and all of its services. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
1. Account Registration and Ownership
1.1 Age Requirement
The mmk345 platform is only available to players aged 21+. Players must be 21 or older to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any games. If it can be proven that a player is under 21, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
1.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of those accounts may be closed and any remaining balances may be frozen.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide only accurate personal information when registering an account. An account opened with false or altered information may be closed without notice, and mmk345 will not be responsible for any resulting financial losses.
1.4 Account Security
You must keep your password and login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you lose control of your account, contact [email protected] immediately.
2. Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit at mmk345 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks.
2.2 Withdrawal Amounts and Timing
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though cases requiring verification may take longer.
2.3 Financial Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, mmk345 may review the player's personal information and transaction history. If you refuse to cooperate with the verification process, your withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.
3. Bonuses and Financial Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New players at mmk345 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 10x the bonus amount.
Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus and your balance becomes 50,000 Ks. The 30,000 Ks bonus has a 10x wagering requirement, so you need to wager 300,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
3.2 Bonus Abuse
If it is found that a bonus was obtained dishonestly or used in a way that does not meet the stated conditions, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings made using that bonus may also be forfeited.
3.3 VIP Levels
The mmk345 VIP programme has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback can reach up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. You move up through the levels as your wagering volume increases.
4. Game Rules
4.1 Game Results
Every game uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a live stream to ensure fair play. Once a result has been decided, it cannot be changed. If a game is interrupted and does not complete due to a technical issue, the platform will handle it according to its code of conduct.
4.2 Technical Errors
Any unexpected wins that occur during a game due to a software or hardware error will be considered void, and the relevant game round will be reviewed.
4.3 Irregular Play
The use of computer programs, bots, or automated playing tools during games, coordinated multi-account play, and deliberately exploiting game glitches are strictly prohibited. If any of these are detected, the account may be closed immediately.
5. Privacy and Security

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

7. Platform Suspension and Amendments
mmk345 may close a player's account with or without prior notice, for any reason. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned through a lawful process. These terms may be updated at any time, and continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Any play suspected of money laundering or involving funds from illegal sources
- Threatening or verbally abusing mmk345 staff
- Modifying, tampering with, or reverse-engineering the game software
- Advertising, spamming, or providing services on the platform without authorisation
- Using arbitrage methods to claim bonuses without proper disclosure

10. Disclaimer

11. General Provisions
If any clause in these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply. mmk345 has the right to interpret these clauses reasonably. In any matter not covered by these terms, mmk345's decision is final.
